When Do You Say Life Starts? The Battle Over Abortion Rages On.
Its an election year so there are a lot of debates going on as to when life starts.
When do you say life starts at conception, Once the baby’s heart beats, Once the baby’s movements can be felt, or maybe once the baby is born and you can see them with your eyes crying and moving?
Words Have Power Over Us
Fat.
Ugly.
Stupid.
Whispers in her ears, drowning out all other noise. She’s left with a broken shell of life, no confidence, no self-worth. Years upon years of dragging herself down. Of others dragging her down.
Not good enough.
Lazy.
Clumsy.
She runs. She runs as fast and as far as she can, but she can’t drown them out. They’re always there, in the back of her mind, crooning softly.

Have you ever seen the commercial for the Marines?
Yea, you know the one I am talking about.
We all know the saying. “The few the proud the marines.”
It always get my testosterone pumping. Well that is until I see all the running they do. The entire commercial has people running and jumping.
The Bible is Not a Buffet
Have you ever heard someone say don’t gossip that isn’t Godly but then you see them get drunk on the weekend?
Or they always preach about Gods grace what God has done in their life but they continue to have sex outside of marriage.
What about quote scriptures about Homosexuality being a sin, but yet lusts after Women in pornography.
How about when they believe that Jesus was a good man and a good teacher but don’t buy into him being God.

Why Are Christian Apologetics Important?
I am more than thrilled to be able to write about one of my passions: Christian Apologetics (right behind cycling and technology). Apologetics is something that has been a foundation in my life, from how I read the Bible to how I choose what I wanted to study in school. But you may be confused, because what does apologetics even mean? What does it have to do with me, a person in middle/high school? And most importantly, what is even the point of apologetics?

What do you think of when you hear the words tangible love?
When I hear someone say tangible love, my mind first goes to missionaries.
I don’t know why, but I do. I almost immediately pass the buck off to missionaries and completely forget that I even heard it mentioned.
