Prince Charming
Sitting in my bedroom when I was just a little girl, I used to dream of finding my Prince Charming; a royal young lad that was made just for me. As I grew up, I saw guys walk through that were extremely charming, but everything short of a chivalrous prince like the princes in my dreams.
After shuffling through my fair share of the charming toads looking for my prince, I began to give up. My belief and desire for a Prince Charming were dwindling–was he really out there?
As I look around at my school and at my generation, I get the feeling that many other Christian girls are giving up their quest for that special Prince Charming. We girls need to stop our quest for our imagined prince and turn our eyes to the true Prince of all Princes, who is more charming than we could ever dream, and is madly in love with everything that we are.
Let’s lift our eyes to Jesus, son of the King of Kings. I was unable to see my true prince charming in Jesus Christ. Once I stopped searching for prince charming and focused on my relationship with Jesus I came to realize that I didn’t need a prince, but the true princes are out there. Godly men that love their heavenly father, and are looking for a lady that loves him too. There are men out there that will respect us ladies and treat us the way that we deserve to be treated.
We ladies need to realize that settling shouldn’t have to be an option with a man who comes short of being God’s chivalrous prince. If we focus more on our relationship with our Prince Jesus, he will gently guide us past much of the heartbreak that we experience when we look for our Princes in this world, and into the arms of the one he created for us.

Love this theresa(: Its soo true with girls these days. All girls who are looking for their true prince end up gving up because they think there isn’t a prince charming for him but honestly, if they give that up to God, than they will be blessed with the things he can do in your life while you are single(:

I will tell you what, it was not until I left my relationships up to God that I truly began to feel genuinely happy. God put people in my life the exact moment I needed them. He ALWAYS delivers, we just have to trust in Him to do so.

That is so true! God is a gentleman he will let us go our own way, he will never force himself on us! But he is more than willing to be right there as soon as we ask him for help and let him take our life!!
