TAYA ~ Teens and Young Adults

I have often had fear time to time about what I would do if faced with death. Would I relax and realize I would soon be home with my savior or would I be panic stricken and cling to this life with all I had.

I would like to hope that I would be that “Super Christian” who would have grace and know that things were going to be ok.

This fathers day I had a very difficult experience. I spent it sitting in a hospital with my Grandpa who was very sick. He knew that his hours were numbered and his homecoming was very soon. He had such peace that it was inspiring. He sat with all of his children and many of his Grandchildren and reminisced about days past he shared his love for the father and expressed what a peace he had to be going home soon.

I believe this grace comes directly from God. When we are at our hour of most need God gives us a supernatural peace and supernatural grace to those who are following him.

This gave me a tremendous peace about my one day home coming. It gave me the hope to know that when faced with death that God will be there right by my side to guide me home.

I am very proud of the legacy that my Grandpa left behind. He will still be dearly missed but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we will be together one day because of the grace he had as he faced death.

I am an average woman in my mid 20's who has a heart for Teens. I have worked with my churches youth group for the past 6 years and seen the struggles that Teens face every day. My heart really goes out to them as they try to find their way in a world where anything goes! I married my high school sweet heart in 2004! You will see him on this site also. That is Jimmy! We have been together since our Sophomore year and have always found our selves in some ministry together. We currently serve with our youth group, and have small bible studies in our home. We realized that we had a heart for something much bigger and wanted to reach more with the hope of Jesus Christ. In 2011 We ran into Bob who had an idea for a radio station for Teens after praying and researching what was needed tayaradio.com was born!
