Be The Good Samaratin
In Luke 10: 25-37 When Jesus is asked about loving your neighbor he tells the elaborate story of the Good Samratin. Most of you are familiar with this Story. A Jewish man is badly beaten and two people of his own race pass him by leaving him to die. The person who comes to his rescue is a samaratin. The most hated race of a Jew. He goes out of his way to help the man. It didn’t matter that it was socially inacceptable, expensive or inconvenient, it was the right thing to do.

Sometimes it can seem like nobody likes me. We all want to fit in and feel accepted—and being a teenager, these feelings are even more great. It makes life so much harder when we feel like we are not accepted, or alone. It makes it easy to think something is wrong with us.
