Healing After Sexual Sin
There are tons of rules, directions and sins mentioned in the Bible but special attention is given to sexual sin. 1 Corinthians 6:18 explains that when someone sins sexually it is a sin against their body. The reason sexual sin is different from murder, stealing, or lying is because it effects you physically, emotionally and spiritually.
God Created Sex
Did you know Sex is actually not a bad thing? It is a beatiful, intimate and amazing thing that God gave us. We see God create sex in Genesis just after he see’s that Adam is alone and creates Woman to be his help mate. It was God’s wedding gift to them and it is a gift to every one of us.
Sexual Sin
I am currently studying 1 Corinthians and todays passage was 1 Corinthians 6. This passage decided to settle strongly on the topic of sexual sin. I thought that if this is important enough to God to take the better portion of chapter 6 to talk about this that maybe I should touch on this topic again.
In America.. actually in the world today, sex is a huge emphasis. We are bombarded with it no matter where we go, so I think that we need to really be careful in this area as it is so easy to stumble into in our society.

An Unmarried Woman or Virgin is concerend about the Lords affairs: Her aim is to be devoted to the Lord in both Body and Spirit
Its not like pornography is rape or anything.

Pornography does hurt people! Specifically it hurts God, Your Family, and You!
It hurts God because it goes against his command. You find in Mathew 5:28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. When a person is watching porn it is for no reason other than lust, so that person is breaking Gods 7th command!

Purity? Or just another word we throw around
When you go into schools all across the U.S. you would think that the kids are there for an education; to learn, get challenged, and to reach goals they never thought were attainable. Well think again. Schools these days are full of smart comments about who had sex with who the past night or who their gonna have sex that night.
Ok… stop the train. We are in HIGH SCHOOL! Ages 13-18. We should not be thinking about these things this young of age.
